Key Skills required fo the Multi Skilled Operative:

Must have some working experience as a Multi Skilled Operative

Must have minimum 2-3 years sales experience with track record in meeting/exceeding budget.

Ability to effectively close deals and manage sales cycles of varied length depending on the project.

Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.

Proficient in reading and writing English
-
Must have excellent verbal, written and maths skills, with great attention to detail.

Must be flexible with work schedules and be available to work early and late shifts, overtime on evenings and weekends, with or without advanced notice.
Physical Requirements and working conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be frequently required to execute standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be frequently required to execute non-standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch).

This position requires repetitive hand/wrist activities.
