Job Title: Production Operative - Days OR Nights
Pay Rate: £16.52 per hour includes holiday pay!

Status: Temporary with the role possibly becoming Permanent!

About the Role:
As a Production Operative, you will be instrumental in producing high-quality composite boards and associated products. Your duties will include:
- Machine operation and quality checks
- Preparation and implementation of production tasks
- Rubbing down, stacking, and reworking materials
- Performing basic maintenance of the line and work areas
- Manual handling responsibilities
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in manufacturing or similar sectors
- Demonstrated employment stability
- Due to the nature of work, must be physically fit
- Experience of working long 12 hour shifts
- Experience of repetitive work
- Self-reliant due to the location
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Enthusiastic, committed, with a proven track record of excellent attendance and timekeeping
