Key Responsibilities for this Private Client Solicitor role -
Probate - dealing with new enquiries, taking instructions, preparing inheritance tax forms, preparing administration accounts
Wills - dealing with new enquiries, preparing and drafting of wills, execution of wills
Lasting powers of attorneyQualifications and Experience for this Private Client Solicitor role:
Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales, with 1-3 years PQE in Private Client, Wills and Probate
Able to handle and manage a full caseload
Proven track record of billing consistently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Benefits for this Private Client Solicitor role:
Salary £50,000 - £60,000
Office based role initially with flexibility after probation
