We're seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to lead HSE strategy across two UK sites, driving compliance, continuous improvement and a positive safety culture. This is a highly visible role where you'll influence senior leaders, support operational teams and ensure the highest standards of health, safety and environmental performance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead HSE strategy and compliance across both sites.

Develop and maintain policies, procedures and risk assessments.

Conduct audits, inspections and incident investigations.

Drive continuous improvement and safety performance initiatives.

Deliver HSE training and promote a positive safety culture.

Monitor environmental compliance and sustainability activities.

Act as the key contact for auditors, regulators and customers.

Track and report HSE performance metrics.
About You

NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6) or equivalent.

CMIOSH or working towards Chartered status.

Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and environmental compliance.

Proven HSE management experience within manufacturing.

Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 preferred.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aerospace experience and Six Sigma qualifications are advantageous.
