We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Service Advisor to join their established franchised main dealer in Exeter, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a professional and supportive automotive team.
Working as a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the efficient operation of the dealership’s service department.
Benefits:
£27,000 basic salary
OTE of up to £36,000 with uncapped earning potential
Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 6pm
One-hour lunch break
No weekend working

Welcome customers and identify their vehicle servicing and repair requirements
Manage service bookings and provide clear updates on vehicle progress
Explain recommended repairs, maintenance and additional services
Promote additional products and services where appropriate
Maintain accurate service records and administrative documentation
Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure work is completed on schedule
Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the service processRequirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership or independent automotive business
Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance processes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities in a busy environment
Professional, customer-focused approach
