Job Description:
Industrial Recruitment Services Ltd (IRS) are currently looking for a hardworking and reliable Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our client’s team in West Bromwich, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.
The Role

Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
-
Working both inside and outside, so you must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

General yard and warehouse duties as required
-
Following health & safety procedures at all times
-
Working as part of a hardworking team
Requirements
-
Minimum 12 months’ Counterbalance FLT experience
-
Valid internal or external FLT licence accepted
-
Previous experience working outdoors is preferred
-
Reliable, hardworking and punctual
-
Comfortable working in an recycling-type working environment
-
Good attitude towards work and a willingness to get stuck in
Working Hours
Training period:
For the first couple of weeks, shifts will be:
Once training is completed, shifts will rotate between:
Shift 1
Shift 2
Pay & Progression
