Warehouse Operatives – Days & NightsLocation: Selby area
Pay: £12.80 per hour days | £15.37 per hour nights (subject to confirmation of the night shift rate)
Pertemps are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy, multi-customer distribution warehouse in the Selby area. With immediate starts available, this is a great opportunity to join a growing operation with ongoing work and the potential for permanent positions.
The roleWorking within a fast-paced warehouse environment, your duties will include:
Picking customer orders, including cosmetics and clothing.
Using a pro-glove scanning system and picking trolleys.
Picking, stuffing and dressing teddy bears.
Completing system training to learn the warehouse processes.
Maintaining a safe, tidy and organised working environment.
Working towards productivity and accuracy targets.Full training will be provided on the warehouse systems and processes.
Shift patterns4 on, 4 off – days or nights
Day shifts: 6am–6pm
Night shifts: 6pm–6amAlternative shift arrangements may also be available.
Pay
Days: £12.80 per hour
Nights: £15.37 per hour, including the night shift premium
What we're looking for
Reliable and punctual individuals with a good work ethic.
The ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work the required shift pattern.
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
