Traffic Marshal/ Warehouse/ Yard Operative role
Looking to earn extra money before Christmas? We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Car Park Operatives / Car Park Attendants to join our team in Shoreham on a temporary basis. If you have experience as a Yard Marshall, Traffic Marshall or a Warehouse Operative, then we want to hear from you.
Working as a team, the successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians around the site.
Location: Shoreham on Sea, West Sussex
Contract Type: Temporary (18th December to 24th December 2026) - PAYE via Pertemps
Pay Rate: £13.10 per hour
Working Pattern: Varied hours, includes weekends, outdoor working required
Warehouse Operative Key Responsibilities
Direct and control the movement of vehicles within your dedicated area
Ensure pedestrian safety
Monitor and enforce site traffic management plans
Communicate effectively with site staff and customers
Report any incidents, hazards, or unsafe practices promptly
Assist with general site duties when requiredWarehouse Operative Job Requirements
Good communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Flexibility to work weekends as part of the rota
