We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and enthusiastic individual to join our large team of cleaners, maintaining high standards of cleanliness across a busy public area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all public areas are kept clean, tidy and presentable, providing a safe, welcoming, and hygienic environment for members of the public and visitors.
We are looking for someone who can work well as part of a team but is also confident working independently and taking responsibility for their allocated duties.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general cleaning duties across designated public areas.
Sweep, mop and vacuum floors as required.
Clean and sanitise surfaces, touch points, and frequently used areas.
Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
Maintain cleanliness of public facilities and communal areas.
Replenish cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
Follow all health and safety procedures and cleaning standards.
Respond to cleaning requests promptly and efficiently.
Work collaboratively with other members of the cleaning team.
Working Hours
The position is primarily to cover the 1:30pm – 10:30pm shift.
Flexibility with working hours would be a distinct advantage, as there may be a requirement to support the wider team when needed.
