Production Operative – Nights
Location: NN6
Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour
Shifts: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday OR Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, 18:00–06:00
Status: Permanent – Immediate Start
Overtime: Available
The Role
An exciting opportunity to join an exceptional family-run business within the Agriculture/Food Manufacturing sector, producing a high-quality product.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved across the production process, taking responsibility for quality, hygiene, machinery and documentation.
About You
Ideally, you will have:

Production experience, preferably within food manufacturing

Forklift/shunting experience – training provided

Understanding of quality systems and food hygiene

Basic machinery maintenance skills

Experience with bagging operations would be an advantage

Good written and verbal communication skills

A flexible, adaptable and reliable approach

Strong team-working skills
