We're working with a well-established contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Planner to join their team in Cardiff, supporting the delivery of new office developments from pre-construction through to project completion.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Planner within the construction industry

Experience working on commercial building projects

Strong pre-construction (Precon) experience

Proficient in Microsoft Project and planning software

Ability to develop, manage, and monitor project programmes

Experience identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies

Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
