Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for warehouse operatives to join one of their logistics clients based in central Birmingham.
As a Picker/Packer, you’ll pick, pack and prepare stock for dispatch, helping orders move accurately through the warehouse. You’ll handle materials safely, keep stock organised and support smooth shipping and receiving.
Responsibilities

Pick items against order details, check product quality and pack goods securely for dispatch.

Receive, unload, move and stock materials, keeping storage areas orderly and records up to date in the warehouse management system.

Prepare outgoing orders, support loading and unloading, and coordinate shipping and receiving tasks with colleagues.

Use warehouse equipment safely and follow handling procedures when moving heavy items. Your impact: accurate, well-packed orders help customers receive the right goods and enable colleagues to process dispatch efficiently.
Experience
Required: You’ll need practical picking and packing, materials handling, stocking and quality-control skills, plus the ability to lift and move items safely and use a warehouse management system.
Shifts: Day shift (£12.71/h), Evening Shift (£13/h) and Night Shift (£14/h)
