We're recruiting for an exciting Business Support Graduate opportunity with an ambitious, forward-thinking organisation based in Darlington. This is perfect for a bright, curious and motivated graduate who wants to learn how a business really works before deciding where they ultimately want to specialise. You'll spend time supporting different teams and departments, getting involved in projects, learning from experienced colleagues and gaining exposure to a variety of areas across the organisation. Think of yourself as a sponge. Your job initially is to absorb as much as possible, ask questions, get involved and discover where your strengths and interests lie.
Over time, the aim is for you to find the area that really suits you and develop your career in that direction.
Your role will be varied and could include:
Providing administrative and organisational support across different teams
Supporting projects and wider business initiatives
Coordinating meetings, diaries, activities and deadlines
Preparing reports, documents and presentations
Keeping systems and information organised and up to date
Working with colleagues and stakeholders across the business
Getting involved in ad hoc projects and new initiatives
Taking on more responsibility as your knowledge and confidence grow
