Join our client’s team as a 7.5 Tonne Delivery Driver based in Barking!
We are recruiting reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused drivers on behalf of our client, delivering to high-end restaurants, hotel chains, pubs, and hospitality events across a variety of routes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting new customers, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Your Responsibilities

Carry out daily vehicle safety checks before starting your shift.

Complete deliveries within scheduled time slots.

Unload goods safely using a trolley at customer premises.

Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed and signed.

Report traffic delays, delivery issues, or other problems to the office.

Keep the vehicle clean, tidy, and well maintained.

Deliver excellent customer service at every delivery point.
Working Hours and Pay
Location: Barking, East London
Temp to Perm opportunity

Pay rate: £16.22 per hour

Start time: 5:00 AM

Working days: Monday to Friday

Shift duration: Approximately 8–10 hours per day
What We're Looking For

A valid Category C1 driving licence.

Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.

Previous delivery driving experience.

A reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.

Good communication and customer service skills.

The ability to handle physical duties, including unloading deliveries.
