Ready to take your first step into Internal Audit?
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified accountant looking to move out of practice or a controls-focused finance role and build a long-term career in Internal Audit.
Joining a well-established audit team, you'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders across a large and diverse business, helping to assess risk, improve processes and strengthen controls. It's a role that offers real variety, commercial exposure and the chance to see how a complex organisation operates from the inside.
What you'll be doing
Delivering audits across a range of business and operational areas.
Evaluating processes, controls and risk management frameworks.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and adding value.
Building relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
Producing clear, concise reports and practical recommendations.
Travelling occasionally to sites across the UK.
We're looking for someone who:
Is ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
Has a background in external audit, assurance, controls, risk or a finance role with strong governance exposure.
Is looking to make their first move into Internal Audit.
Has strong analytical skills and enjoys understanding how businesses operate.
Can communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
