Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm

The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Warrington. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in the production and assembly of products to required specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operating machinery to cut materials to required measurements.
Assembling products using production equipment and tools.
Reading and following production drawings and measurements.
Building products to the correct scale and specification.
Stacking and organising completed products ready for the next stage of production.
Passing completed work to other departments for further processing.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Adhering to all health and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Previous manufacturing or production experience.
Reliable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties.
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Willing to learn new skills and follow instructions.
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.Desirable:
Experience using hand or power tools.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
