Our accountancy and finance recruitment team is supporting a property business in Ferndown, Dorset with the appointment of a Bookkeeper on a six-month fixed-term contract. You will join a large finance team supporting clients and gain experience using a bespoke property system in a role covering a broad range of bookkeeping activities.
What will the Bookkeeper role involve?
Supporting the day-to-day financial administration for a portfolio of clients
Maintaining accurate sales and purchase ledger records
Completing regular bank and financial reconciliations
Using a bespoke property management system to process and maintain financial information
Working collaboratively within a large finance function to ensure accurate and timely records
Suitable Candidate for the Bookkeeper vacancy:
Previous bookkeeping experience, including exposure to sales ledger, purchase ledger and reconciliations
Comfortable working with financial systems and able to learn bespoke software quickly
Accurate, organised and consistent in maintaining financial records
Able to work effectively as part of a large finance team
Available to undertake a six-month fixed-term contract
