About the Role
Are you an ambitious sales professional based near Perth looking to grow your career with a leading broker?
As a Rural Sales Executive in our Small Farm Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our agricultural clients across Scotland. You’ll manage inbound telephone and web enquiries, provide a top-tier broking service, and onboard new customers—acting as a trusted advisor to match clients with the right insurance solutions.
What You’ll Do

Drive Sales & Onboarding: Handle inbound enquiries, signpost specialist teams, and seamlessly onboard new rural customers.

Expert Broking: Gather client info, design tailored insurance programs matching "Demands and Needs," and complete transactions.

Build Relationships: Cultivate strong ties with clients and agents, operating with fairness, ethics, and transparency.

Admin & Compliance: Create broking documents and keep company systems accurate and up to date.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1–2 years in insurance broking and a sales/telesales background.

Industry Insight: Knowledge of the Scottish rural/agricultural sector is a major plus (an eagerness to learn is essential!).

Skills: Strong negotiation, sales instincts, computer literacy, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications: GCSE / National 5 Maths & English (or equivalent); working toward or holding your Cert CII.
