We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing automotive retail operation in Plymouth, Devon, seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join its busy dealership team. This Car Sales Executive opportunity offers excellent earning potential, a large and varied vehicle stock, and strong customer demand.

Basic salary of £25,000 with achievable OTE of approximately £65,000

Manage incoming sales leads and build strong customer relationships
Guide customers through vehicle selection and the purchasing process
Present vehicles professionally, explaining their features and benefits
Discuss and arrange suitable finance solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Work towards individual and dealership sales targets as the Car Sales Executive
Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth vehicle handover
Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience from enquiry to completionRequirements:
Previous experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade is essential
Established automotive sales background with substantial vehicle sales experience
Confidence handling customer enquiries, sales leads and finance discussions
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Motivated, target-focused and commercially aware approach as the Car Sales Executive
Ability to travel to Plymouth, Devon
Availability to work from 08:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, with alternate weekends
