What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates
Screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability
Building strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
Working closely with clients to understand hiring requirements
Coordinating interviews, offers, and candidate onboarding
Keeping internal systems and candidate records up to date
Supporting the wider recruitment team with administration and delivery
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Resourcer
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisation and time management abilities
Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
Confident working independently and as part of a team
A driven individual who wants to progress and succeed
