Temporary Finance Officer - HYBRID

Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 DOE
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday - HYBRID
Looking for your next finance opportunity where you can make an immediate impact? Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join their team on a temporary basis, starting ASAP until the end of January with the potential for extension.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working independently, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high quality work. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day finance operations while contributing to ongoing process improvements and systems projects.
What you'll be doing:
Managing purchase and sales ledger activities
Processing invoices, payments and expense claims
Completing bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Supporting month-end processes and reporting
Assisting with payroll administration when required
Supporting finance system improvements and data migration projects
Responding to finance queries and providing support across the businessWhat we're looking for:
Previous experience in a Finance Officer or similar finance role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
Good working knowledge of finance systems and Microsoft Excel
AAT qualification (or equivalent experience) preferred
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck inWhat's on offer?
