Job Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced Slinger Signaller to join our team on a construction project. The successful candidate must hold a valid CPCS card and have experience assisting with lifting operations on construction sites.
Key Responsibilities

Safely sling and secure loads ready for lifting operations.

Direct crane operators using recognised hand signals and communication systems.

Ensure loads are correctly attached, balanced and secure before lifting.

Check lifting accessories and equipment before use, reporting any defects.

Maintain safe working distances and ensure exclusion zones are observed.

Work closely with crane operators, lift supervisors and site management.

Follow lifting plans, risk assessments and method statements.

Ensure all lifting activities are carried out in accordance with site health and safety procedures.

Stop lifting operations if unsafe conditions arise.
Essential Requirements

Valid CPCS Slinger Signaller card – essential.

Previous experience in a construction site environment.

Good understanding of lifting operations and safe load handling.

Knowledge of site health and safety procedures.

Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
