A degree or postgraduate qualification in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Town Planning or a related discipline
Previous experience in environmental planning, environmental consultancy or a related planning and development role
An understanding of the UK planning system and relevant environmental legislation and policy
Knowledge of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) processes and associated documentation would be advantageous
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and accurate technical reports
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in sustainable development
The confidence to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders
