We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to lead workshop operations within our busy, reputable multi-franchise dealership network. This permanent role offers responsibility, variety and excellent long-term career prospects.

Competitive basic salary of £36,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £40,000.
Full-time, permanent position working 44.5 hours per week.
Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, with alternate Saturdays from 8.30am to 12.30pm.

This Workshop Controller position offers the opportunity to develop your career within an established dealership group.Duties:
Manage workshop loading and technician scheduling to optimise productivity.
Oversee daily workshop activities across multiple sites.
Liaise with parts and service teams to maintain an efficient workflow.
Diagnose and resolve vehicle issues effectively.
Manage internal, preparation and retail work.
Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Ensure warranty processes and documentation comply with manufacturer standards.
As Workshop Controller, lead and support the workshop team while meeting operational targets.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, Workshop Supervisor or in a similar role within a multi-franchise dealership.
Knowledge of Kerridge, RTC or comparable dealership management systems.
Demonstrable leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Good IT literacy and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets.
