Bench Hand Joiner – Permanent
Salary: £33,000–£35,500 per annum | Monday–Friday | 40 Hours
We're recruiting for two experienced Bench Hand Joiners to join an established business on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone with solid workshop joinery experience who is looking for a change of environment, a new challenge or a long-term position.
What's on offer:

Salary of £33,000–£35,500 per annum, depending on experience

Permanent, full-time employment

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm

29 days' annual leave, including 14 designated business closure days

The role:

Carry out bench joinery work to a high standard within a workshop environment

Work confidently with workshop tools, machinery and equipment

Maintain accuracy, quality and attention to detail

Work alongside the wider team to meet production deadlines

Undertake overtime, weekend working and occasional working away when required
What we're looking for:

Good experience working in a joinery workshop

Strong practical bench joinery skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full, clean driving licence

Flexibility for contractual overtime, weekend work and occasional working away
