Handy Person Required - Theatre Maintenance

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Handy Person to carry out general maintenance and minor repair work at a theatre in Birmingham.
Duties will include:

Tightening and securing theatre seats and chairs.

Changing door locks, handles and other fittings.

Carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance tasks.

Identifying and resolving basic maintenance issues.

Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a good standard.
Requirements:
-
Must have your own tools.

Must hold a valid CSCS card.
-
Must have a valid, satisfactory DBS clearance.
-
Previous handyman or maintenance experience is essential.

Must be reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
-
Good attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach.
