Resolve user access and system queries, escalating to system providers where required.
Support system updates, testing and the rollout of new courses, modules or functionality.
Produce user guides and support managers and employees to use the systems confidently.
Coordinate the end-to-end logistics of face-to-face and virtual training, including venues, trainers, equipment and resources.
Manage course bookings, joining instructions, attendance registers, cancellations and waiting lists.
Maintain the L&D training calendar across all business areas and sites.

Coordinate induction and onboarding training for new starters.
Working with the L&D Compliance Trainer, track completion of statutory, mandatory and role specific training against the Group’s training matrix.
Monitor licence, certificate and qualification expiry dates and send timely reminders to employees and managers.
