Requirements: Valid CPCS card, full UK driving licence and own transport - essential. Candidates must be able to drive to site, as access by public transport is limited.
We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced CPCS Traffic Marshall to work on-site in Guildford (GU5), with an immediate start available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling the movement of vehicles on-site, assisting with the safe movement of plant and deliveries, and ensuring that site traffic is managed safely and efficiently. The role will require the successful candidate to follow site procedures, communicate effectively with drivers and site personnel, and help maintain a safe working environment for everyone on-site.
Candidates must hold a valid CPCS card, a full UK driving licence and their own transport. Due to the site's location and limited access by public transport, applicants must be able to drive themselves to and from work reliably. Please only apply if you can meet these essential requirements.

Previous Traffic Marshall experience preferred
Good understanding of site traffic management and health and safety procedures
Ability to direct vehicles and deliveries safely around the site
Good communication skills when dealing with drivers, plant operators and site personnel
Ability to follow site rules, instructions and safety procedures
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Strong awareness of site safety and potential hazards
Right to work in the UK
