Interaction Recruitment is looking for Class 2 Dustcart Drivers to join a well-established waste management company in Bedford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for newly qualified drivers to gain valuable experience, build confidence behind the wheel and work towards securing a permanent position.

£17.01 per hour basic rate
Overtime rates of up to £34.02 per hour
Monday–Friday working – enjoy your weekends!
06:00 starts, with finishes around 15:30
Weekly pay
Overtime available after 40 hours

Opportunity to go permanent after 12 weeks

THE ROLE
Driving a Class 2 refuse vehicle on designated routes
Collecting household and commercial waste
Working alongside a supportive crew
Completing daily vehicle checks
Following health and safety procedures and ensuring routes are completed safely
✅ WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Valid UK Category C (Class 2) driving licence
Driver CPC qualification
Digital Tachograph card
No more than 6 penalty points
A reliable, positive attitude and a commitment to safe driving
No previous dustcart experience? No problem! If you've recently passed your Class 2 test and are keen to gain experience, we'd love to hear from you.
