Complete Classroom Services is looking for enthusiastic and nurturing Early Years Practitioners to support early years settings in Dunstable. With both ad hoc and long-term opportunities available, this is an excellent chance to find a role that suits your availability and career goals.
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about early childhood development and dedicated to creating a safe, stimulating and supportive environment where young children can learn, grow and flourish.
The Role

Support children's learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.

Help create a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for all children.

Encourage children's communication, social skills, confidence and independence.

Assist with planning and delivering activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Work closely with colleagues to ensure children's individual needs are met and their progress is supported.
The Ideal Candidate

Must hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in a relevant childcare or early years course.

Have a genuine passion for working with young children.

Understand the importance of safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.

Demonstrate patience, creativity and excellent communication skills.

Be reliable, adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
