Housing Officer | Exeter | 25 Hours Per Week

Our client is looking for an experienced Housing Officer to join their team in Exeter on a 12-week contract, starting 7th December.
✅ 25 hours per week
✅ Social housing experience required
✅ Opportunity to work towards CIH Level 4
✅ Varied role covering tenancy management, resident engagement and community development
In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for residents, helping to manage tenancies, resolve neighbourhood issues, support vulnerable customers, and maintain high estate standards. You'll work closely with residents, colleagues and partner agencies to create safe, sustainable communities.
We're looking for someone with: 🏠 Housing management or social housing experience
💬 Excellent communication and customer service skills
📋 Strong organisational abilities and case management experience
🚗 Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
🎓 CIH Level 4 qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
📅 Closing Date: 8th November
📅 Interviews: Week Commencing 9th November
