We've got a small but awesome team, and we're looking to add more pastry chefs of all levels: Head Pastry Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Demi Chef. Professional experience is key. Piping experience is helpful. An understanding of emulsions, cream dairy-based desserts is also good.
Because we're still a start-up, a level of flexibility is needed but we can provide consistent hours.
