Production Operatives – Horncastle!
£13.14 per hour, rising to £16.38 per hour!
Rotating shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm
Temporary to permanent (after 12 weeks)
Pertemps Lincoln is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join an established manufacturing business in the Horncastle area. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals looking to develop their skills and build a long-term career in manufacturing.
You will join a busy production team, carrying out a variety of production line, packing and quality control duties, with full, structured training provided. There are also opportunities to progress to a fully skilled operator role and increase your hourly rate to up to £16.38 per hour!
What will I be paid?
Starting pay of £13.14 per hour.
Increased pay of £14.75–£16.38 per hour once fully trained.What hours will I work?
You will work a rotating two-shift pattern:
Early shift: 6:00am–2:00pm.
Late shift: 2:00pm–10:00pm.What will I be doing?
Working on a busy production line to meet daily production targets.
Packing finished products ready for dispatch.
Carrying out quality checks and identifying any defects.
Completing production paperwork and documentation accurately.
Following company procedures and health and safety requirements.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high production standards.What skills and experience do I need?
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
The ability to complete production paperwork accurately.
A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude.
A willingness to learn, undertake training and develop new skills.
Flexibility to work the rotating shift pattern.You will receive structured training to help you develop your skills and progress towards becoming a fully competent operator.
