Lennox Recruitment is currently looking for a qualified and HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist to join our client on a FULLY REMOTE basis.
The role focuses on employee wellbeing, rehabilitation, ergonomics, fitness for work assessments and workplace health promotion
Key Responsibilities

Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop rehabilitation programmes

Provide functional capacity and fitness for work assessments

Support phased return-to-work plans following illness or injury
-
Undertaking workplace and ergonomic assessments across office and manufacturing environments
-
Recommend reasonable workplace adjustments in line with the Equality Act 2010
-
Manage a caseload of employees requiring occupational rehabilitation support
-
Deliver wellbeing, musculoskeletal health and injury prevention initiatives

Maintain confidential clinical records and comply with HCPC professional standards
Key Requirements
-
BSc (Hons)/MSc Occupational Therapy
-
Current HCPC Registration as an Occupational Therapist

Strong knowledge of rehabilitation, MSK conditions and workplace health

Exceptional communication and report-writing skills
