We're partnering with an exciting and fast-growing business operating within the nutrition, health and wellness space, looking to appoint two NPD Technologists to shape their product development team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on creativity, problem-solving and bringing new concepts to life. You'll play a key role in developing innovative products from initial idea through to successful commercial launch, working at the forefront of nutraceutical and performance-focused product development.
The Opportunity
No two days are the same.
One week you could be researching emerging ingredient trends and consumer insights. The next, you'll be refining formulations, supporting manufacturing trials, or helping launch products into international markets.
You'll have exposure to the full development process across a diverse and innovative product portfolio, including:
Nutritional supplements
Functional beverages, syrups and liquid formulations
Wellness and performance products
New ingredient technologies
Customer-led innovation projects
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with individuals who have:
A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry or a related discipline
Experience within food, nutrition, ingredients, supplements or a consumer goods environment
A genuine passion for product innovation and development
Strong problem-solving and technical skills
The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
A commercial mindset alongside technical expertise
Most importantly, you'll be someone who is naturally inquisitive and constantly looking for ways to improve products, processes and consumer experiences.
