Your Recruitment Coach are looking for an experienced Composite Trimmer to join a skilled manufacturing team based in Norwich.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience working with composite materials who takes pride in producing high-quality components and has a keen eye for detail.

What will you be doing?

Trimming and finishing composite components to the required specifications.

Using hand tools, power tools and trimming equipment to achieve accurate results.

Working from engineering drawings, templates and technical instructions.

Inspecting components to ensure they meet quality standards and dimensional tolerances.

Identifying defects or imperfections and reporting any issues.

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Following all relevant health and safety procedures.

Working closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines and production targets.
What are we looking for?

Previous experience as a Composite Trimmer or in a similar composite manufacturing role.

Experience working with composite materials such as carbon fibre or fibreglass.

The ability to use hand tools and trimming equipment safely and accurately.

Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

The ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.

A reliable, practical and hands-on approach to work.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience within aerospace, automotive, motorsport or other advanced manufacturing environments would be advantageous.
