HP4 Recruitment is looking for experienced HSE Advisors to join a major data centre construction project in Norway. You’ll be part of the site HSE team on a fast-paced, high-profile build, supporting safe delivery across civils, structural and M&E packages.
The role

Carry out site inspections and audits, and follow up actions with contractors

Review RAMS, permits to work and lifting plans

Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings

Investigate incidents and near misses and report on them

Support compliance with the project H&S plan and Norwegian regulations

Track HSE data and contribute to weekly reporting and meetings
What we’re looking for

Previous HSE Advisor experience on large construction projects; data centre, mission-critical, pharma or energy experience is a strong advantage

NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent)

Confident challenging unsafe behaviour and working alongside multinational subcontractors

Fluent English; Norwegian or Scandinavian language skills are a bonus
