If you enjoy helping others, working in a supportive environment, and contributing to meaningful projects, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the role…
As a valued team member, you will play an essential role in our daily operations where no two days are the same.

This is a rewarding and varied role within our Intensive Support Team, working directly with residents who are at risk of tenancy failure. As an Intensive Support Officer, you will provide person-centred, practical and emotional support to help residents overcome challenges and successfully sustain their tenancies.
No two days are the same. You will manage your own caseload, working closely with residents in their homes and within the community, carrying out assessments, developing support plans and coordinating with a wide range of partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
The role requires a proactive and resilient individual who is confident working independently whilst also building strong relationships with internal teams and external professionals. You will have the opportunity to make a genuine difference to people's lives by helping to prevent homelessness, supporting residents with complex needs and promoting independence.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who is able to work with empathy, professionalism and a solutions-focused approach. Experience of working within housing, support services, social care, mental health, safeguarding or a related field would be beneficial.
As this is a mobile role, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. The successful candidate will also be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check
