The Supply Register is delighted to be working in partnership with MEA Central to recruit dedicated and enthusiastic Lunchtime Organisers for an immediate start.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving secondary school, supporting students throughout lunchtime and helping to maintain a safe, positive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising students during lunch periods
Promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing
Ensuring pupil safety across the school site
Supporting the smooth running of lunchtime activities
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, proactive and professional approach
Ability to build positive relationships with young people
Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
