What's involved?
As Sommelier, you will play a key role in the restaurant's wine service, guiding guests through the list, recommending pairings and ensuring each experience is tailored to their preferences.
You'll work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to deliver seamless service, maintain high standards across the cellar and wine list, and continue developing your knowledge of wines, regions and producers.
We're looking for a passionate Sommelier with experience in high-end restaurants or fine dining. You'll have a strong understanding of wine, a genuine interest in food and wine pairing, and the confidence to communicate your knowledge in a natural and engaging way.
