Location: Fareham (must be willing to travel up to 25 miles)
Start Date: ASAP - Long-term opportunity
Pay Rate: £18.00-£19.00 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 8 hours paid per day
Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer for a long-term opportunity based in Fareham and the surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will support day-to-day site operations, assisting with general labouring duties, groundworks maintenance and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Driving a Transit tipper van to collect trade waste and deliver it to designated waste contractors.
Footing ladders and assisting tradespeople with safe access.
Carrying out general groundworks labouring and maintenance duties.
Assisting with working-at-height activities and working in loft spaces as a second operative, in line with health and safety requirements.
Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
Following all site health and safety procedures.
Requirements
Valid Green CSCS Card.
Full five-point PPE.
Previous construction site experience preferred.
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles from Fareham.
Two work references required.
