At Zachary Daniels, we're growing our Retail Operations team and looking for someone ambitious, commercially minded and brilliant with people.
You might be a Store Manager, Deputy Manager or come from a hospitality management background.
You don't need recruitment experience. You need the drive to succeed.
What will you be doing?
You'll be working with some brilliant retail brands, helping them find great people while building your own successful recruitment business.
That means:
Building relationships with retail leaders and winning new business.
Finding great candidates and helping them take the next step in their careers.
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Developing your own client relationships and growing your desk.
Working towards targets and being rewarded for your success.This is a commercial role. You'll need to enjoy speaking to people, creating opportunities and making things happen.
What are we looking for?
We're much more interested in your attitude, ambition and potential than whether you've worked in recruitment before.
You'll need to be:
Experienced in retail or hospitality management.
Confident, commercially minded and great at building relationships.
Ambitious, motivated and driven to achieve results.
Resilient, organised and happy to take ownership.
Someone who genuinely cares about people and delivering brilliant service.
