We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join a growing team working within the Social Housing sector across Nuneaton and Bedworth.
This is a self-employed position offering consistent work, weekly pay, and the opportunity to work with a well-established contractor delivering repairs and maintenance services to occupied properties.
The Role
You will be carrying out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance works within tenanted social housing properties, ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard and excellent customer service is maintained at all times.
Key Duties

Patch plastering

Creating and finishing builders' openings

Basic tiling work

Floorboard repairs and replacements

Basic brickwork

Boxing in boilers to a professional finish
Requirements

Previous experience working as a Multi Trader within social housing or domestic maintenance

Ability to carry out a range of trade skills to a high standard

Good customer-facing skills

Full UK driving licence

Own van and tools required
