We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Chef/Cook to join our team in our care home at Two Trees Plymouth. You will share responsibility for the overall running of the kitchen at weekends

Independently plan, prepare, and cook nutritious meals for residents

Share overall responsibility for the smooth running and organisation of the kitchen

Ensure continuity and consistency in meal quality, standards, and routines between shifts

Cater for residents’ dietary, nutritional, and cultural needs

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment at all times

Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and infection control procedures

Monitor stock, manage supplies, and minimise food waste

Complete all required kitchen documentation (temperature checks, cleaning schedules, etc.)

Undertake additional cleaning and kitchen support duties as required
