Telephone Researcher / Survey Advisor
Location: South Shields, NE33
Hours: 37 hours per week, over 4 days
Pay: £10.85 – £12.90 per hour (dependent on age and performance)
About the Role
Pin Point Recruitment is recruiting Telephone Researchers to join a busy team in South Shields.
You will contact students and former learners to complete telephone surveys about their education and training experiences.
This is not a sales role.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound telephone surveys.

Accurately record responses and information.

Meet daily and weekly performance targets.

Deliver excellent customer service.

Handle objections professionally.

Follow safeguarding and company procedures.

Previous call centre experience desirable but not essential.
Hours & Pay
Hours: 37 hours over 4 days, with shifts between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Friday. Possible Saturday overtime.

Ages 18–20: £10.85 per hour, increasing to £11.00 after 4 weeks.

Ages 21+: £12.71 per hour, increasing to £12.90 after 4 weeks.
Pay increases are subject to meeting KPIs and attendance requirements.
