Multi-Trader - Social Housing Maintenance
Location: Bethnal Green & Hackney (within a 10-mile radius)
Salary: Hourly rate for 12 weeks, then £44,000 permanent salary
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start Date: Immediate
We're looking for experienced Multi-Traders to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering Bethnal Green, Hackney and surrounding areas.
The Role
- Day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties
- Carrying out a range of multi-trade works
- Working locally within a 10-mile radius
- Providing excellent customer service in residents' homes
Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Overtime available after probation

Multi Trader Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' Multi-Trade experience
- Full UK driving licence (up to 6 points accepted)
- MUST have a Clean DBS
- Strong domestic repairs and maintenance experience
- Good communication and customer service skills
