Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Pay Rate: £16.00 - £17.00 per hour
Location: Warrington
Contract: Temporary to Permanent (13-week temp-to-perm period)
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Press Brake Operator to join their manufacturing team in Warrington. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience operating press brakes and sheet metal processing machinery, with specific experience using Armada press brakes being essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sheet metal worker to join an established manufacturing environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful 13-week temporary period.
Press Brake Operator Job Overview
Setting up and operating Armada press brakes, including tooling changes and machine adjustments
Cutting blanks using guillotines and carrying out folding, pressing, turret punching and notching
Reading engineering drawings and working to specified dimensions and tolerances
Inspecting finished components using precision measuring equipment
Maintaining machinery, following health and safety procedures and keeping the workspace tidyPress Brake Operator Job Requirements
Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing
Armada press brake experience is essential
Experience with guillotines, folding and sheet metal processing machinery
Ability to read engineering drawings and accurately measure components
Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of health and safety

£16.00 - £17.00 per hour
Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30, Friday: 08:00 - 15:30
Temporary to permanent position following 13 weeks
