The opportunity - what you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in developing Daniel Owen's presence in the data centre market, with the opportunity to build your own network, client base and specialist recruitment desk.
Win new business: Identify opportunities, open doors with new clients and build relationships with key decision-makers across the data centre and mission critical sector.
Build your network: Connect talented professionals with exciting projects, developing a strong candidate network within a specialist market.
Become a market expert: Learn the sector, understand major developments and build the knowledge to become a trusted recruitment partner.
Own your desk: Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development and taking vacancies through to sourcing candidates and completing placements.
Drive your own success: Take responsibility for growing your desk, generating revenue and building long-term, profitable relationships.
Make an impact: Help develop an exciting area of our business and contribute to Daniel Owen's continued growth.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone with ambition, energy and a genuine desire to succeed. You might already be working in recruitment, sales or business development, what matters most is your attitude, drive and willingness to learn.
