Arden White Engineering are currently supporting a leading engineering business in the Milton Keynes area.
We are seeking a Health & Safety Administrator to join them on an initial 6 month contract.
Responsibilities:
Review and maintain the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) library, including sourcing updated or missing SDS documentation where required.
Engage with and liaise with various departments to understand how materials/substances are being used within operational activities, verify current practices, and identify existing control measures.
As part of our transition from our existing system to the new platform, there will be a requirement to input data/assessments directly into the new system.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
At least 2-3 years experience within a similar role.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Competent user of Microsoft.
Working knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and COSHH assessments would be beneficial but not essential
