Operations Support Coordinator - Immediate start, initially signed off for 6 months
Salary: Band 3, £25,760.00 - £27,476.00
Location: Letchworth
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
Occasional Saturday due to workload - to be discussed at interview stage
We are looking for an organised and reliable candidate to join a busy and well-established organisation.
Working within a small, supportive team, you'll play an important role in ensuring stock is maintained, orders are processed and deliveries reach the relevant locations on time. This is a hands-on role combining stock control, administration and communication with internal teams and external suppliers.
Some of the things you'll be involved in…
Monitoring and maintaining stock levels across multiple locations
Counting, picking and replenishing stock as required
Processing stock orders and arranging deliveries
Updating stock records and ordering systems accurately
Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries and follow up on outstanding orders
